Your certificate will arrive via the United States Postal Service mail in five to seven days. If you need your certificate faster we offer expedited services including immediate delivery by e-mail. Once you receive your certificate of completion, you must deliver it to the Traffic Division of the Clerk of Courts in the county where your citation was issued. Please refer to your Clerk of Courts , the information on the back of your citation, or your T.C.A.C letter from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (if applicable) for further instructions on how to submit the certificate whether by mail, in person, etc.
